COMMUNITY YOUTH WORKER / OUTDOOR EDUCATION INSTRUCTOR
TO COVER MATERNITY LEAVE FOR 5 MONTHS – APR TO AUG **APPLY ON THE

FOR OUR _EMPOWERING COMMUNITIES PROGRAMME_
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
* A qualification in Youth & Community Work or Social Care.
* Qualifications in Outdoor Education Instructor Level, in all or
some of the following areas: Kayaking, Archery, High Ropes and Rock
Tower.
* Remote Emergency Care First Aid Training Level 3.
* Excellent communication skills and an ability to empower.
* Strong leadership, facilitation and planning skills.
* A full driving licence is required for this post.
* Garda Vetting is a requirement of this post.
* Mini-bus licence (D1 category) desirable.
Salary scale based on qualifications & relevant experience.

FOR OUR _EMPOWERING COMMUNITIES PROGRAMME_
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
* Experience in Youth Work or Social Care.
* Experience working with Young People.
* Qualifications in Outdoor Education to national governing body
standards.
_DESIRABLE: ARCHERY, KAYAKING, ROCK TOWER, HIGH ROPES_
* A full driving licence. (_D1 licence desirable)_.
* Residential experience desirable.
TO BE OBTAINED:
* Child Protection Training
* Remote Emergency Care First Aid Training Level 3.
* Garda Vetting is required for this post.
